All services provided by InvaderMedia LLC are subject to the following terms and conditions.
Quotes & ContractsQuotes provided to prospects will be honoured for 30 days. A new quote will then be provided upon request. Contracts that have been written, but not signed by the client will only be accepted within 30 days of the delivery date. A new contract may be drawn up upon request.
Charges & Fees
We require a non-refundable deposit in order to begin work on any project, with the remaining balance due as specified in quote provided.
If final payment is not received within 30 days of the completion of service, additional fees will be added.
Payments are due within 30 days of the day the invoice or payment request has been sent to client. Payment of invoices must be received at the office of InvaderMedia within the 30 day period or client agrees to pay a $15.00 late payment charge.
If payment has not been received by the tenth (10) day after the invoice 30 day period, the account will be frozen (made inaccessible to the outside public) and you will be denied access via FTP, Web, E-mail or by any other means to the account until payment has been resolved. If Customer fails to make payment within 60 days of invoice issue, Customer shall be permanently removed from our web servers without notice. All overdue accounts shall incur a 1.5% per month or 18% annual interest charge until balance is paid in full.
Any check payments that do not clear will be charged a $35 fee.
Web Site Design Credit
InvaderMedia LLC works hard to create custom websites for a wide range of clients. We take great pride in every site we create, and feel that having our name on the sites we design will also deter others from copying our work and marketing it as their own. Therefore, we reserve the right to place a visible link to InvaderMedia LLC on every site that we create and any site that uses the graphics we create. This is not optional and may not be removed.
CopyrightCopying images, text or design layouts from other sites is not condoned by InvaderMedia LLC. We ask that you, our client, only provide us with text, images and products that you own or have expressed written permission to use. Under no circumstances will InvaderMedia LLC and it's owners, partners or contractors be held liable for content provided by a client on a client website. As the client, you will pay any and all legal expenses that are a result of lawsuit against InvaderMedia LLC for graphics, images and/or content which is provided by and used by the client.
RefundsWebsite design is a combination of two things - the web designer's time, and the finished product. InvaderMedia LLC requires a deposit on all web design projects before we begin on any project. If you decide to terminate your contract with InvaderMedia LLC, we will hold the deposit as a cancellation fee, therefore, it will not be refunded to you.
Once a site has been completed and live, there are no refunds. In the event of a cancellation of contract, ownership of all artwork, layouts and development remain copyrighted to InvaderMedia LLC and will not be transferred to the client.
There are no refunds on hosting services. Please contact us with any questions that you have about our hosting package and we will be happy to answer them.
DeliveryInvaderMedia LLC works hard to complete all projects in a timely manner. We will provide you with an estimated time of delivery for your project. However, we do not guarantee deadlines as each project is unique and so is each customer. We will communicate with you during the entire development of your project and provide you with status updates.
Please understand that additional services, revisions to design or development of your site and delays in providing us with the information we require will significantly add to the delivery time.
Non-CommunicationIf we are unable to communicate with a client on a project for a duration of at least thirty days by phone or email during the design and development process, the project will be cancelled without prior notice and no refund will be issued.
Our Guarantee to YouInvaderMedia LLC guarantees to you that every website and ecommerce store we develop will be fully operational and working without glitches, bugs or other errors upon delivery. If your site or ecommerce programming has been edited by anyone other than an employee of InvaderMedia LLC, this guarantee is then voided, and charges for editing the site will be applied at our hourly rate. We will always advise you of and seek permission for changes to your website and the charges that will be applied before any work is completed.
Notice: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey.
AcceptancePlease note that by submitting your downpayment for services you are agreeing to all of our terms of service as written here. InvaderMedia LLC reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without notice.
